The different sizes & color help distinguish clothing bag from food, toiletries etc. They are not submersible but are durable & keep things reasonably dry ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Affordable but NOT waterproof *by A***Y on 7 June 2024* These bags are an affordable option than some of the other ultra light bags out there, but they are definitely not waterproof. I recently took these on a long distance thru-hike and sadly these did not hold up well after a short period of rain. I used them to contain my food/odor items and suspended them overnight on a bear cable. In the morning, there was several inches of rain inside the bag, despite the bag being tightly sealed overnight. I had to empty the contents and dry out the bag in the morning…needless to say, this is not a ‘dry bag’ and was a slopping wet bag that I had to try to dry out on the trail.
