I bought two of these to wrap the baffles in my Rinehart 4.5” on my Indian. I love the sound of the Rineharts, but the 2.5” baffles are too quiet for me & the DBX baffles are a little too loud and have a “tinny” sound sometimes. I decided to wrap my DBX baffles and they sound great! The tone is deeper and the volume is now between stock & DBX. The “tinny” sound is also gone. I can’t speak to the longevity of the wrap yet, but so far so good after a few hundred miles. Remember, you WILL need two kits to wrap two Rinehart or similar baffles.

So far so good. I will Update review after about 10hrs of ride time for durability concerns. “Original packing lasted at least 50-60hrs and I do a lot of higher speed canyon riding” so if this last me 20+ hrs of ride time, i cant complain for the price. Used this on a barkers exhaust for a suzuki drz400. Honestly it is quieter than when the exhaust was new, which is nice imo. Great price considering this was all i need because i already had a rivet gun and rivets. Thick material, almost had enough to do a full two rotations around the baffle and was wider than i needed, so i just cut to spec.

Installing need to use wire wrap ties or metal zip strips to hold but a great value for the buck, greatly reduced noise level and the size was more than I needed but it's been 2 months installed on 94 750 virago easy

This stuff was easy to work with and did a great job of quitting the bike down to a respectable level

I bought these to pack a baffle inside my Harley exhaust. Be careful and wear gloves for working with this. It worked well and is still doing the job a year later. Very cheap to get so you can buy more than you need in case you have to make a correction in your application. I wrapped the material around the baffle and used a thin light tape to hold it in place when re-inserting the baffle. The tape will melt away with no issues. Pack as much as you need.

Works as it should

for my 2002 Honda shadow vt1100 muffler, upon starting the motorcycle, I could see the fiberglass spitting out the back? I will admit that it was my first time doing this, did I do it right or wrong? It seemed pretty self explanatory. What should I do or not do? Any suggestions is appreciated. The product itself seems very durable but maybe it's not meant for this type of muffler?

quand on regarde les infos on suggère l'achat de ce produit avec les quiet baffles cobra 9015Q mais le matériel est trop dense et épais pour l'installation sur ce type de baffle et nuit à diffusion des gas moteur donc non recommandé pour cet usage, mais le produit est de très bonne qualité
