Q: will this fit over a binder?

Hi...we've tested these book covers over several binders. They work well over 1" binders, but they are a stretch (no pun intended) at binders of 2" or more. If you're planning to use them on 1" binders, you should be good to go.

Q: Would this cover work well on a softer/thin cover textbook, or will this cover bend it?

It would probably bend anything that is paperback. It works really well with hardcover books.

Q: how many are in the pack?

Q: Would this fit a standard softcover book?

It depends on how thick the book is. On very thin books (about ½” or less), it might be a bit wobbly. On thicker books it should be fairly solid.
