These knee sleeves are a game changer for anyone who is serious about weightlifting. These sleeves provide amazing support and stability to my knees during heavy squats, deadlifts (as those are the only exercises that I use it for). I’ve noticed a significant difference in my performance and a huge decrease in knee pain.The fit is perfect, and they provide just the right amount of support. The material feels durable and comfortable. They’re mostly true to size, but I think that you should buy with your weight goals in mind (smaller size if you plan to lose weight and larger size if you plan to gain weight).I’ve been using these sleeves for a few months now, and they’ve held up extremely well. No slipping or bunching during my workouts, and I feel more confident when pushing my limits.

Oh my goodness! I had another pair of compression sleeves for my knees that I’ve used for a few years and they’ve worked fine. But I started losing weight about 5 months ago and after 40 lbs down the old ones were getting loose. These were much higher priced but had great reviews. Someone said to size down and that was a mistake. I had to return and get a large. Tried them for the first time today during my incline workout and they are amazing! I will never use another kind! My knees weren’t sore at all after 45 minutes on an incline and I even felt like I could run again (although I don’t want to risk it). I highly recommend for anyone with knee pain. Such a great investment and I plan on using them again later for my strength workout. Get them!

I was really surprised with the quality of these. I essentially got these because I liked the company name, but they are super high quality and my favorite knee sleeves now.

They fit very well ...not loose at all.

Great but run small!! I’m 115lbs soaking wet but the small are very snug on me. I like them a lot better than the rock t*pe (rhymes with cape) ones I have.

Just make sure you order youre right size,but apart from that,these made a huge difference in my workouts,i do most crossfit,emom workouts and these helped out that small knee uncomfourtness i was having through out my weightloss journey,great material,and when you sweat massively these dont get that funky smell ,cause the material is great. 10/10

Do not size down as it recommends UNLESS it’s specifically for competition powerlifting. Use your recommended size otherwise. Great product otherwise.
