Review: Well made - I wanted a 15-30 min whole body workout to do bc I really don’t love working out. I love the feeling afterwards. I thought jumping rope would be a good whole body workout that would be quicker than other types. I have old knees & back. I don’t have a place in doors to jump rope, so outside is my only option. I knew I needed a mat. I bought this as it seemed to be a good one. It’s thick & heavy. I’ve only had it for a week or so. It seems to be working. I’m happy with it.

My back was killing me. This takes a lot of the pressure off my back and it’s very pretty aesthetically. Also, great purchase! It could be even thicker, but the thickness is pretty good! Very durable and slip resistant.
