Great Device - Performs better than my co-workers' airpod pros
originally I intended for these to be used for work through Bluetooth connectivity to a HP G8 laptop. Connection was a little tricky at first to figure out - which is not uncommon I guess for Jabra and Bluetooth to laptops. There are a few articles out there explaining that technically they don't support the Bluetooth to PC connection, but if you're PC has Intel Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth, that's all you need to select for these to work on teams/zoom/WebEx calls. For Audio and Mic quality, I am very very impressed. Working in the contact center space historically, and in QA, I'm quite picky about voice quality and noise cancellation. These perform so well, they're better than the Plantronics USB devices I've been using in the past. Voice quality is great - most people can't tell that I'm not using a regular headset. The noise cancellation works amazingly as well, where only direct windy conditions or someone being very noisy right next to you will be picked up. Very happy for my intended purpose. Which brings me to the media and personal use - I now find myself constantly using these for music, audiobooks, and personal calls. They are extremely comfortable and have really great battery life with the charging pod in tow. My only con would be the device location/find my device feature. I was at a conference this week for work, got home, then couldn't find them. Looked on the app for the device and it showed them back at the conference ("as of" some time hours earlier). This annoyed me because it was basically of no use - not sure if there's some geo-location service that checks into Jabra servers intermittently, but an active ping at the time triggering the find my device feature would be much much better.

The Elite 3's have met my expectations
I have been using these daily since I received them. I can say that I am honestly very happy with my purchase, they are noticeably well made, compact and comfortable in my ears. I have tried all of the included eartips and the "default" ones that were already on the buds were best for me. I have worn them for hours at a time have even fallen asleep in them, I can say they are truly very comfortable but maybe after 3 or 4 hours my ears did unsurprisingly begin to feel some fatigue. I can also highlight that I do like the button controls on these and I actually do like using the alexa feature with these and use that double click on that left bud to activate it and and just tell alexa to play some of my music or to call someone without having to handle the phone. The best feature on these based on my personal opinion is the sound quality. I really was/am impressed that wireless buds can sound this good. I have tried cheaper buds before but these are significantly better in terms of build quality and sound quality. The hear through feature is a plus, I actually use this quite a bit when I am at work or when I'm out and need to be aware of someone talking to me at some point. It works. I have to lower the music volume a bit to be able to hear the sounds from outside the buds with this feature but its definitely a lot better than the other buds I've had, and I appreciate it without a doubt. The call quality is also a worthy mention. I've had other buds where I wasnt able to make calls because I was never heard on the other end and a month in since I started using that and I have not heard anyone say that they cannot hear me on a call with these. In fact, I can recall an impromptu video conference call where I was in a busy, noisy packed office environment and had to use these and they were perfect. I was heard clearly and I can hear the other members of the call with no problems whatsoever while at the same time communicating with the in person team using the hear through mode to be able to hear them. In conclusion, I am very happy with these Jabra Elite 3's and I can't really complain. For the price you can't go wrong with these. Great sound Great Mic quality Comfortable Can't complain about the battery life And they are well made. The hear through mode is a nice unexpected plus.

Not audiophile but decent little earbuds when they stay in your ears!
(1 week update) I've worked in professional sound for 40 years and own many high end JBL monitors for at home listening and studio monitors for mixing. I also own high end over the ear headphones for mixing so know what a good sound should be. I wanted a good pair of earbuds to replace the crappy old wired Apple ones that always fall out of your ears. There was a good price drop on these so I pulled the trigger with same day delivery. They were quite easy to pair on my 2nd Gen Iphone SE with IOS 15 and using the Jabra App. In fact it had a firmware update which allows you to create 1 custom EQ in addition to the built in six EQ's. The sound quality is clean from low to high end but bass is not big as description claims. You have to use a preset for Bass boost to get some low end punch or create your own. Also volume is not that great, I don't want ear damaging levels but a couple of clicks more would be great. My initial thought is no wire to keep them together. My wife's BT buds are connected by a wire which I like. They have a nice container with magnets to suck the buds into place for charging. However the USB C to USB A cord is only a couple inches. It comes with 3 sets of rubber covers the medium installed by default, I changed to the large ends which gave me better isolation of exterior sounds. No matter what size rubber ends they don't stay in my ears so I am returning. Changing the volume on buds takes some getting used to, hold in left to turn up volume and hold in right button to turn down. But the right earbud button also pauses music so not perfect. Battery life is claimed to be 7 hours will update review once I spend some time with them, also the App shows how much charge they have, I included a screenshot. You can do better, Buy some over or around the ear headphones for a better music experience.

Great Product, but Not Just for the Price
This is the longest review I have ever written, and its because I am so in love with my Jabra Elite 3 buds. I kept losing my expensive Samsung earbuds. After 3 pairs lost (yes, I am a mess of a human) I finally got frustrated and decided no more expensive buds. I found these on a prime day sale and have heard great things about Jabra ear buds. So I gave these a try. I am so, so, so glad I did! Sound quality is pretty amazing and pretty much blows the samsung buds out of the water. The treble can be a bit high at times, but is totally adjustable on their phone app. There is no way to adjust the treble when I connect to my laptop, but it's not really needed for movies and seems to carry the adjustment I made on my phone. Not positive about that though. I read that many had trouble with connecting them to their laptops, however I had no issue with connecting these buds to mine. The only issue I really have with them is that I cannot switch the ear buds to another device without disconnecting the original device it was connected to. It's only a minor inconvenience that takes a few extra seconds, but it seems silly that my $15 headphones can do it but these buds cannot. I am already used to the routine of disconnecting and reconnecting, though. Opening the box when it arrived really did it for me. Presentation is spot on and made me feel like i was getting a more expensive product than I purchased. The feel is matte, not cheap feeling plastic like the Samsung buds. They also do not fall out of my ears. I wear them all night while sleeping (not recommended but I can't sleep without noise) and they hardly fall out. I'd be walking with my Samsung bud in and it'd just fall right out of my ears, no matter what ear sleeve (technical term for sure) I was wearing. Never going back to Samsung for anything but phones. Not when I can get ear buds with better sound and feel for a much lower price.

had these for a year and i LOVE them- they stay in your ears!!
i’ve had these for a year- I initially got them because I have such small ears that most other earbuds fall out when I move lol. NOT a problem with these. plus, they send you a variety of sizes of inserts (ear tips?) so you have options. the quality of the sound is GREAT. compared to my $30 headphones (which are perfectly adequate as backups), the listening experience is just better- i can’t really tell you specifics because i lack the technical knowledge to do so, but switching back and forth between them, the difference is super obvious. i actually will listen to the same song i’ve listened to hundreds of times, and enjoy it in a completely new way with these bad boys. i LOVE the location feature (i’m so forgetful), the buttons are super straight forward, but the absolute best feature: hear-through. i love how you can easily turn it on and off, and with it off, all background sound completely goes away. with it on, it doesn’t affect the listening experience at all, but i can hear important background noises, like people talking to me or traffic. basically- as far as bang for your buck goes, this is it. i review things very infrequently here, but i honestly can’t say there’s much else i’ve bought on amazon that i’d recommend more. love these bad boys! oh- and amazing battery life

they fit and work and are wonderful
i just wanted to leave a review for those who think these may not fit very well. i thought the same thing. my ears are wonky and i have wet ear wax to deal with and that usually means any ear buds that don't have some kind of lock dongle on them won't stay in my ears very well or at all. these don't have an overt lock dongle but the device itself sits in your ear well very nicely and the buds go into the ear very snug and stay even in my difficult ears. the noise cancelling and the sound are really great, they work well on a plane and everything. i haven't taken them running or anything and imagine that might not work as well for me, but i'm not a runner so it doesn't matter. I LOVE the colors. the only demerit i could give is that my surface laptop has a hard time connecting to them, but i'm not sure these earbuds are capable of connecting to computers. they had zero difficulty connecting to my phone and do very easily every time i take them out of their case and put them in. it's all so very clever/well thought out. these are definitely the ear buds i dreamt of as i struggled to connect my first jaybird truly wireless earbuds to their dongle in my ipod nano in 2009. we're finally here, living in the future; it is glorious.

Sound good but flawed, dont expect them to be charged all the time either..
Update 03/23... I own three pair of Jabra ear buds. Elite 7 Active, Elite 75t,and these Elite 3. These elite 3 are by far the worst. The earbuds rarely make proper contact with charging case pins, and when they do even the smallest bump of the case causes them to stop charging. I'm no stranger to wireless earbuds, and have made sure the contacts are clean and the pins not stuck. It boils down to you get what you pay for. The magnets just aren't powerful enough. I've lost count of the times I've come to use these and one earbud is fully charged and the other is just dead. These earbuds will no longer ride in my backpack, they are home use only now. I can't trust that they will be functional when I need them. Old review.... Please note, I've used these for a total of one day so far. That being said, I'm not sure if I will keep them. The "feature" that annoys me the most is not being able to turn off the voice assistant. It's either stock, Alexa, or Spotify. I use none of those. I have a set of Jabra 75T Active. The ability to customize what the various buttons do is fantastic. That I can't simply switch between the two different earbuds seamlessly is annoying to say the least. I expected to not have some features, with the Elite 3 being a less expensive earbud, but not being able to have the left button perform a simple function like move to the previous track is an oversight in my opinion. Is Jabra being paid by Spotify to force this option on consumers? I was also sad about the Elite 3 not having the soundscapes. I purchased these for use in the bed, so not to bother my partner. Sometimes I like to listen to the thunderstorm and just relax. I don't fault Jabra for that, as I'm sure the lack of this feature is documented and I just missed it. I likely will return these, and purchase a more pricey version/model with the features I desire. Which will make Jabra happy, giving them more profit on something easily added to my current model via a firmware upgrade.

Pretty Good Earbuds So far
I originally gave these earbuds 0 stars for being unable to use them on arrival(because the app they require Jabra Sound+ was taken off Google Play). Since they re-added the app and I can now use them I'll redo the rating. I've only used them for a day or so now but after the app could be downloaded they were pretty easy to get setup and pretty comfortable to wear. Nothing amazing in regards to setup/charging/comfort but not bad either. Sound quality is very good. There's a few options in the app to make enhancements and you can alter them a bit in other sound options as well. Though I wasn't really looking for super high quality sound, they're definitely better than any other $20-30 pair I've used before and about the same as my gaming headset quality. I saw in some reviews that others were unable to pair them with their PC and I was also unable to do this when the Sound+ App was unavailable at first. However, after the app came up and I paired them with my phone and set them up there, I was then able to pair them with my PC just as easily and they worked better than my previous $40 earbuds. So they DO work with a PC using bluetooth. There is like a 0.05 latency, but it's barely noticeable compared to other bluetooth earbuds I've tried using with PC audio so most people will find they are a decent choice for PC use watching movies, not sure if they would be perfect for 0 latency gaming though, they could still work for casual gaming. Unfortunately, these earbuds still lose 2 stars from me in a few places. The first one I mentioned above but the base requirement of having to use an APP just to set them up. I loathe many devices these days that require an APP for the basic usage. It's a bad idea in general since I have plenty of older devices that can't use the most up to date apps or apps at all and that basically cuts off their ability to use stuff like this normally. These aren't hard to setup once the APP actually works for a modern android or iphone but if you don't like using stuff like that and don't like using APPs in general stay away from these. The other star lost from me is on the bluetooth multipoint connect. When I was looking these up one of the things I was hoping for the most was the ability to have them paired to my PC, VR headset, and phone all at once without needing to constantly repair. I could have sworn it said these supported multipoint connect when I first checked the comparison chart but then other places said these (Elite 3) don't and only more expensive ones do. I considered returning them just based on that but pairing with other devices (after the APP actually worked) was still fairly easy and I'm satisfied with the PC latency so I decided to stick with these for the time being either way. Overall a pretty good pair of bluetooth earbuds for $60, absolutely better than trash $15-30 pairs you can buy at Walmart, etc... but still falls a bit behind on the "fancy" functions of more expensive pairs. Post: My previous favored pair for comparison were Occiams waterproof workout earbuds. They lasted me 2 years heavy use before the right ear started to die recently. Sound quality, battery life, and comfort were all good with those for $40 earbuds and I liked that they didn't require an APP to pair but they had really bad latency which made it impossible to use them with PC.

Good for the price.
These headphones fit well and are very light. Their shape allows for a good seal and comfortable fit (at least in my ears). However, the quality of the sound is proportional to the price and leave a lot of room for improvement. While they do a good job at sealing out the surrounding noise, they lack active noise cancellation of pricier models, and that causes me to have to increase the volume higher to block out the world.
