Review: so far so good - I've used the 10.5 inch pan twice a day everyday for a month now and it has worked very well. It has no observable damage, cooks evenly, remains nonstick, and cleans very easily. There's some discoloration on the undercarriage but I couldn't care less about that. It is a bit thicker than pans I have previously used so it takes a couple extra minutes to cool down after cooking so I can clean it
