Great clippers and beard, trimmer for the price! Came charged in the box, the main clippers blades had several click adjustments. Had two extra guards in between the one and two. I used the big clippers to fade my beard and had a lot more adjustment and fate options with the extra clicks on the blade and extra guards. The beard trimmers without a guard, took the trim super low and gave my beard a super clean edge. Both pieces were decently quiet and heavy duty feeling in your hand. Very happy.

I had been limping along on an old corded clipper with interchangeable heads, one half-broken. I finally bought this pair and am so happy I stopped waiting. This new pair of clippers can't break the way my old one did, and I can't get over how little I miss being tethered to the wall and putting away the cord. Both new clippers (especially the larger one) are quieter than my old unit. Battery life looks like it'll be great. They came fully charged, I've used them a couple times already, and haven't had to charge them. I don't know how long that takes, but since I cut just my own hair it doesn't matter to me. If you don't have it already, don't forget to buy some hair clipper oil. My only complaints so far are cosmetic. The switch works in the opposite direction from what I expect (down to turn on, up to turn off). The bristles on one of the two small brushes came pre-bent from how it was packaged. And the #2 guide looks like it was only partly formed. (The missing parts are smooth and the other guides are all fine. Too bad my old guides don't fit!)

I’m tough on reviews. I’m an average person. With a little bit of spending money. I normally pay $35-$40 for a haircut. I just now purchased this clipper set. And now have extra money. After I did one haircut the clippers are so sharp still, and I believe I have plenty more to do. These clippers are very sharp. They have great weight to them and a good feel when you hold them. They are great quality for the price. I have saved myself a lot of money with this set.

I purchased this product so I could indulge in a little self-grooming. I will admit that the rakishly stylisk look of the trimmers is what caught my eye but their effecticeness has kept my gaze. I love the steel finish to the casings. The LED display is prominent and easy to read yet informative. It holds a charge for a long time (I have had it for at least five months now and have only had to charge it once (your mileage may vary depending on use and level of hair regrowth). It is easy to clean and lubrucate. The cutting blades never jams or malfunctions and have needed no adjustment. It worked great out of the box. It appears and functions as advertised. The accessories are great and useful. I organize the trim height attachments in zip lock bags. Also, I comes with a carrying bag and drape to catch the hair as well as a brush to clean off the blades. They have a nice heft/weight to them that I like very much (doesn't feel like cheap plastic). It cuts hair marvelously without any tugging or hesitation. It is a great kit for the price. I am very happy with my puschase and would buy it again but I expect this kit will last me many years of hair self-styling (with proper storage and maintenance).

I was so excited for this cordless hair clipper set. For years, I've had to cut hair where ever there was an outlet available, and often that meant being in poor lighting. This changed all that. I can cut hair where we I want, and position myself in the best lighting. It's a real game changer! The clippers are very easy to use, cut effortlessly without tugging, and the charge has lasted through 2 hair cutting sessions for a total of 4 haircuts in the past few months, with juice to spare. But here's where there's a problem: the clipper guards are pretty cheaply made. They are quite flimsy. At first glance they didn't seem to be much different than the ones from my old kits, except that they have metal on them. But they aren't as flexible, and the second time I cut my son's hair one of the teeth broke off. Thankfully not while cutting his hair, but while wiping them off afterwards. I didn't pull on the blades any differently than I do on my previous sets, and I never had teeth break before. I've had cheap sets and moderately priced sets over the past 29 years of cutting my family's hair, and none of them have ever had this issue. I feel like it really negates what is otherwise a great clipper set, because how are you supposed to use a great set with teeth falling off the guards? I'm experienced, but not professional, and I need those differently sized guards to taper my family's hair. It's too late to send the set back, but I am very disappointed.
