Great Compression and Excellent Quality
I’m very impressed with these compression socks. They are well made, feel like a high-quality product, and provide the right amount of compression without being uncomfortable. They fit well, stay in place, and have been great for helping with comfort during long periods of sitting or travel. The 20–30mmHg compression is supportive and effective, and I liked them enough that I went back and purchased more pairs. These are definitely a great value for anyone looking for reliable compression socks for flying, everyday wear, or medical support.

Top notch product, terrific vendor: Recommended to anyone.
SB SOX (20-30mmHg): The best I've tried thus far (and I've tried a lot of compression socks). Suffered from multiple DVT's in the left leg due to several veins collapsing during one of the surgeries. They installed some 6+ FT of stents on the veinous side to save the leg (one of the FDA studies out there). Anyway, the end result is that I now get to wear compression stockings from now on. These are simply the best compression stockings that I've found so far (including the medical grade ones you need an Rx for - that simply cost 4-times as much, but have same rating and do the same thing). The band at the top does not cut, they provide good/solid compression from the ankle up, and they make your legs feel great. I've tried some brands that I've simply had to throw away after wearing them once (they were that bad or the band at the top was simply not worth it). For walking/exercise, the SB-SOX also feel great and help during and after the walk (can now do 5-8K's). Or, if you are on your feet all day, these socks will make you feel better when you get to the end of the day (at least your legs will feel better). For the athletes, I can see these socks helping runners at any distance. The vendor is terrific to deal with and they are always willing to help (vendor provides some nice discounts for buying more than one - and you'll want to buy more than one so that you don't have to wash them every night). The only other one that I'd recommend is made by "Run Forever Sports" (also a 20-30mmHg compression) - they feel just as good. The SB-SOX's are a little cheaper out the gate and if you are buying more than 1-pair, they give you a 5% discount for each added pair (up to 30% off for 6-pair). For the money, the SB-SOX's are my go-to brand and I suspect I'll eventually be wearing this brand exclusively (once I've weeded out or worn out the sub-par brands that I've tried.........or once I've worn them enough that I can justify throwing them out; as they are expensive and I wanted to try and get some use out of the other brands that I still have). To anyone out there that wants to simply feel better at the end of a race or at the end of the day - give this brand a try. To anyone out there that needs to wear them for a medical condition (such as DVT's or the pain caused by them), you also will not be disappointed (hang in there and I hope you get some relief). Disclaimer: I paid for each pair of SB-Sox's that I own out of my own pocket and rec'd nothing for free (also got nothing for the time I spent to write this review). At times, I do wonder if the review is unbiased or not and I also wonder if the review can truly be unbiased if the product was given to them for free (I suppose it can be done - but you do still wonder). Anyway, we've all seen reviews where a product was given to a person for free or in exchange for an 'honest-review'. I wanted to put in the same sort of disclaimer - just stating that I paid for them outright. I do try to read reviews when I'm looking to make a purchase and I do appreciate when an honest review is available. While I don't write many reviews, I wanted to at least provide the same courtesy to others that I look for. So, I'll try to find time when a product is working for me and at least provide some feedback - hence this (long-winded) review. Best regards.

Mostly satisfied
I've tried a few different brands from Amazon being they are a lot cheaper than other brands, these are by far the best constructed with no weird insides to the sock that would create marks/indents on your skin. The sizing seems accurate if you actually measure like you should. They are the perfect length and I'm tall with big feet. Many others are far too long to work well but these fit perfectly. I did get 20-30 compression and they were fairly easy to put on. The compression may not be as tight as others of the same but I know fabrics make a difference. They are comfortable enough to wear all day. I can definitely tell the compression is graduated from foot to knee unlike others that claim to be but feel uniform. Overall I'm happy with these. Don't know how long they will hold up yet but all compression socks need to be replaced at some point.

They really Work!!! One day, seriously, I had results!
I have tried wearing a Compression Sock before, or it was called a Compression Sock, but it was really tight, thin and cheap. I wore them one day, threw them out and never tried another til, I tried Your Compression Socks. They are thick, but not bulky, but they fit really and I have to tell you, I swear this is true, but as a Type II Diabetic, I get enema in my ankles, why, I really don't know, but my ankles get bigger and they get red blotches on them too. I am going to Spain next week, and my wife suggested I get some Compression Socks for the trip over and back and for our walk we are going on. We are going on the Camino Way, The French Way walk in Northwest Spain. So, I took her advise and ordered 2 pair of these SB Soxs. They came and the next day I tried them on and they fit just fine. I have larger calves and I ordered the XL's and they fit really well. My wife says, why don't you wear them for a day and see how I like them. I did, and that night took them off, went to bed and the next morning, my ankles were much reduced in size etc. Not kidding!! So, I have now worn them for 4 more days and let me tell you, my ankles are so much thinner and the enema is so much less. In fact, on my left leg, which is the smaller ankle with much less edema, it was so thin and regular, I could hardly find any enema on it whatsoever. I immediately ordered 2 more pairs of these socks and also ordered 2 pairs now of the SB Sox Sleeves for runners. I am not a runner, but when I wear shorts, I plan on putting the sleeve on as it looks better than wearing the over the calf socks. I am hoping they work as well as the full compression socks and if they do, these will be the only socks I wear anywhere. They really do work! Now, how do I get the large ankles and edema? Well, I really don't know all the reasons, besides being a Diabetic Type II, but I play a lot of sports - Tennis League, Pickleball League and Golf. I am overweight and 70 years old. I caddied for my son two weeks ago on a very hilly golf course in a tournament and when finished, my ankles were huge. Lots of edema too. Don't know why, thought the walking was good, but know after reading why compression socks work, I think my muscles were bleeding and tearing or whatever, and after wearing these socks, they are now back to what I call normal and what my wife calls much better. This review is not from an employee of SB Sox, or was it solicited or anything like that, it is a Thank You for helping me! These are really important socks for my health and with the sports graphics available and all the different designs, they don't look like plain ugly looking Nude Compression Socks. After all of this writing, I could have simply said "They Really Do Work" and left it like that, but now you know how happy I am to have these socks. Don Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Naples, Florida

Well worth the money if you need great compression socks
Im a disabled vet that has had a couple blood clots in my legs. The VA told me I need to wear compression socks because of that plus my diabetes. The ones the Va give are ok, but they slip. Bought three pairs of these to try and they are fantastic, they stay up and tight. I walk alot throughout the day including up and down stairs and these never slip, or get loose. Great material, very comfortable. Not the easiest to get on and off but thats because they are designed to actually compress. These were the 4th type(brand) I've tried and I'll never change.

Only 1 pair per package
Did not realize there are only one pair in a package. Hope they are great socks at that price.

Great fit, great compression
These socks fit appropriately. I wear a size 13 wide shoe, and they provide the perfect level of compression. I am not a runner, I work in a busy ER all day, on my feet for most of it. This is my first purchase of this brand (it appears my previous brand has stopped carrying XL socks) and they are as good, probably better than my old socks.

**BY AND FAR THE BEST ATHLETIC RECOVERY/COMPRESSION SOCKS**
I'll start with this - I've got several strikes against me and my lower legs/feet. Tall? Check. Lots of athletics? Check. Bad genes? Check. Age? Check. Previously 9 years in a job on my feet all day every day? Check The last 22 years at a desk job? Check For some details regarding sizing: male, wear a 14 wide shoe, am 6'5" tall, calves are 18" around, length from base of heel to the back of my knee when bent is 19". SB SOX size XL is the perfect fit for me. A brief history of the abuse I put my body through. Plenty of basketball but mostly volleyball. I started playing volleyball hard in college. Collegiate Club, then USAV Open level, then internationally. Now in my mid-50's, my lower legs and feet tend to be not very pleased with me. I get the occasional "pins in the feet" at night in bed. NOT a pleasant sensation. Fatigue and soreness in the calfs sometimes. As a follow-up to a vein procedure a few years ago, I was prescribed some compression socks. "Are they all really this tight and difficult to put on and take off?" Oh, and $60 a pair? I found that they did make my legs and feet feel better but there had to be better solutions. I started looking around on Amazon. My approach was to try several different brands, hoping to find one or two that would meet my physical needs, be more cost effective and, frankly, to look better. Gotta confess here - being called "Uncle Pantyhose" stung a bit. So here's the short version summary. HANDS DOWN, SB SOX is the best I found. Here's why - ~the cut and finish is outstanding, providing a great fit ~the material is superior - soft, durable, holds shape and size wash after wash, perfect amount of compression top to bottom ~they run true to size ~with the correct size, they are NOT impossibly difficult to put on and take off I now have four pairs of these in my drawers, the oldest of which I bought about three years ago. The original pair is doing some pilling but still wear perfectly and make my lower extremities feel so much better. The most recent pair I received was about a week ago, and just sayin', I literally said an audible "AAHHHHH" when I slipped them on. Yep, they feel THAT GOOD. And here's the bonuses (not that there's any need for them), but they are relatively inexpensive AND there are free returns if they don't work out. There is literally zero risk to trying them. Check that - there is a risk and that is you will be challenged to not order a whole drawer full of these! My summary in a sentence - stop shopping around for athletic recovery/compression socks because you will love SB SOX.

Calze a compressione
