What is the grind? how can the leave out that essential fact? i'm looking to use in a french press so i need a course grind.

I’m not sure what it would be sealed. But I had opened it and only made it about once a week so it kept really well for about a month. I’m sure sealed it would keep until Christmas. It’s delicious by the way. You won’t go wrong with it.
