How can i request a missing shoulder strap without going thru the hassle of a full return?

Contact the seller. Or just send it back with a bad review. I gave a bad review for the first bag they sent me that fell apart and they sent me one for free and they refunded my money. But after I got the new bag they begged me to change my review to a good review. The new bag is also falling apart. I would suggest getting your money back.
