missing rivets for install and incomplete instructions
They "tried" to include directions, but they are incomplete and are terrible anyway. Also, they only included one size for the rivets, and there are three sizes needed in total, so I had to go track down the right-size rivets 30 miles away. Lastly, one of the arms has a slight bow in it. I'm going to try it, but I have my reservations as to whether it will function correctly. If it didn't take a week to get a new set, I would send these back and buy something different, but I can't have the truck down that long. I wondered how it could be so inexpensive. Now I know.

Well let's just say that if it was made of metal instead of cheap plastic it would have worked great, but it broke while I was putting it together. So I had to order another one just haven't had 2 days to deal with it
