Grandpa is a black belt in Karate so when his granddaughter wanted to learn her papa bought her a real Gi! She’s been inspired by the power rangers. The quality of this Gi is similar to the one papa wears. His was made in Japan for Shitoru type Karate. The fabric is comfortable and allows her to be flexible in her kicks, splits, etc. It is great value, fit and will remain durable for a long time to come. Stitching is heavy duty so I know it won’t fray which is important. It’s not flimsy, solid weight but not heavy. We love it! Thanks for making a great quality product for kids that looks so professional!

Nice 100% cotton Gi. Sizing for kids is tough since they grow fast and have odd dimensions. My one criticism is the patch branding all over it. Those black patches stand out too much and aren't fitting with the pure white that a Karate Gi should be. Easy to remove the patches with a stitch ripper, but better if they just weren't there to begin with.
