Anthony's Organic Oat Fiber, 1.5 lb, Gluten Free, Non GMO, Keto Friendly, Product of the USA

Worked really well for my low carb, gluten free baking, gave cookies a great texture so very happy with product, no blood sugar spikes, looking forward to making more great low carb treats, breads, only used 3 T per recipe so no overly "oat" flavor. Arrived on time, price seems fair considering all things are expensive, but happy with product and do recommend.

I have added about 2 T of this oat fiber to my daily diet and have noticed a significant improvement in my digestive health. Previously I had periodic incidents of intestinal pain and bloating, some severe as well as occasional diverticular flare ups. Have not had an incident of either kind in several months. Also notice slight weight loss probably due to improved satiety. Haven't had a cholesterol test done during this time but will be interested to see how that goes. I am very pleased to have found this product and will continue to use it!

Good Product!

Adding insoluble fiber (which this supplement is) to my diet has really helped my daily comfort. Nearly all fiber supplements contain soluble fiber, which serves a different purpose. This product has massively reduced the gas produced by consuming more soluble fiber.The only negative for this product is that IT DOES NOT DISSOLVE WELL IN WATER. I use a full 16-ounce glass of water to mix 1 *teaspoon* of this product and there are still solids in the mixture. The texture of the mixed product is very unpleasant. However, it truly tastes like nothing. Lots of things claim to be tasteless yet taste awful. This is the most "nothing" I've ever tasted. Otherwise it would be hopelessly unpalatable.
