DO NOT BUY
Just got my topper 30m ago and returning now. Why? Cuz its not new one. How Do I know? Both side of packaging were open and packaged unprofessionally and resulted puffed mattresses. I been searching good topper about a month but this one was my nightmare. Again DO NOT BUY THEM. Especially if you are in UAE

Got a used product
Got send a used mattress. Same like other reviews, box taped many times, mattress not sealed. Absolutely unacceptable from a premium brand like tempur.

Bad condition. Looks old or second hand.
Box taped many times. Missing brown outer box. Mattress was not sealed so it had been out possibly used. Plus it came with a cockroach!

Cause back pain.
If you are used to a medium to hard top mattress then this won't feel comfortable at all. I bought this topper and used it for a week and everyday I would wake up with lower back pain. Worst investment ever!

After reading reviews on Amazon and New York Magazine’s 13 best mattress toppers I ordered the Tempur-Adapt Topper. The photo on the Strategist article is accurate, but the pics on the Amazon site I found did not match what arrived after I ordered it. It arrived very compactly rolled up, with no instructions on what to do to install. Installation seemed intuitive: put on mattress and wait for it to ‘inflate’ which is what we did. It came with a cover, which I installed on top of the topper, it is more like a fitted mattress protector, which is different to what the pics on the Amazon product page suggest. The topper also has an odour that is slowly fading. It’s comfortable, but expensive for what it is and I don’t think the customer experience matched the price point.

The best topper ever! Very comfortable and it regulates the temperature very well during sleep ... Not too hot not too cold ... Plus it maintains very well its shape and consistency ... Both my husband and I are very happy with this purchase :)
