This was an excellent purchase. Very user friendly, easy to maintain and clean. The overall size of the COSORI Air Fryer 5 QT is perfect for small to large size cooking. I am not a fan of too many kitchen appliances but I will say that this is well worth the investment for what it does and the rewards that it yields to your time management, nutrition and economic needs. Overall design and color is sleek, and simple, a little more boxy for my taste and space availability but I am able to live with it for the benefits that it yields.Food experimentation was successful each time. The lamb chops came out excellent although I would try a lower temperature to begin the cooking process and finish it with the preset temperature at a shorter interval. The steak fries was also an excellent tester that passed the experimentation. The giant prawns cooked to the exact specification of tenderness on the preset temperature for seafood. This appliance is powerful from the standpoint of its cooking ability. I can put the ingredients in an 20-30 minutes later its done to the perfection that I require without having to spare a moment to keep an eye on it while I am busy with another task.I especially enjoy the fact that it is an easy to clean and maintain kitchen appliance. The basket is easy to clean even after it cools down and the crustiness from the food hardens. A quick soak in warm soapy water after the basket cools down and soft sponge does the trick. No residue of smell left in the pan at all. The inner housing can be easily wiped down with a damp cloth when the entire appliance cools down makes for easy maintenance - no more than 1 minute.It does make a huge difference in the prep and cooking when you need a quick and healthy meal after a long day of work. The COSORI 5 quart was the best after looking at a plethora of other air fryers and also having tested with my sister's (not COSORI brand). The cooking basket height and width is excellent - spacious cooking, especially if you like pans that give you room to maneuver the ingredients. The overall size of the appliance for the countertop would be slightly larger for a small kitchen with less countertop space but if you have room to spare you would hardly notice it taking up room; but for what this appliance does, I would say that the space issue becomes a non-issue.The initial and subsequent cooking in the air fryer did not yield an odd smell that you would normally get from non-stick surfaces. I did follow the suggestion to preheat and I did it with a bowl of water-vinegar solution in the air fryer for about 20 min cycle two times. The price point for this appliance was reasonable especially for what you are getting. HIGHLY recommend this particular model of COSORI.

This is our second Cosori Air Fryer and it continues as the best appliance we have purchased lately. My husband cooks his own meals and this is his "go to" heat source. He uses it daily for dinner when cooking beef or chicken or pork. It is easy to use and very versatile. With the ready made parchment liners he can easily keep it clean and it fits perfectly under one of the cupboards next to the stove.

I got this for my RV, little did I know how incredible this air fryer is. It’s really simple to use, reliable and easy to clean. I love the controls on the top, they clean off well and are easy to read. This air fryer is definitely a good value for the money. Its performance is perfect no matter what you put in it. It’s lightweight and stores well, and is durable. I highly recommend this product.

And it isn't just good looking, it's functional and easy to use. My old air fryer had a round basket, which didn't hold as much as this shape does. This one is smooth all around the basket, making it easier to clean than my old one that had air openings all around. The digital screen is easy to use and understand. The bottom has a snug fitting removable tray that holds in place even when you shake up your French Fries.I deducted one star in my rating because it did not come with a removable stainless steel rack for elevating the food like my old one had.

I love this airfryer !!! I have had it for a few months now and it's my favorite kitchen appliance! I like that it's silent, preheating is only 4 min and it gets it pretty warm. I have used two other air fryers before and I never liked them because they would leave this weird plastic taste on the food, it really made me wonder how can people enjoy that taste 🤢 but i decided what the heck let me try 1 more airfryer, after comparing different this one kept winning. When I purchased it I followed the instructions to get it ready and once it was done I decided to cook fries and omg the flavor and crispness was delicious. I cooked chicken thigh and that's what made me fall in love, it was cooked perfectly and the chicken was so darn juicy 😋 the color and use of this is so easy. Honestly if you're debating on an airfryer get this one, you won't regret it 😇

This air fryer has been a perfect addition to my kitchen. It is well constructed, compact in size, and lightweight for moving between my countertop and where I store it. I found the included instructions clearly written and helpful. I’ve made several dishes in the air fryer and appreciate the ease of cooking, crispiness, and efficiency. I also appreciate that the basket and plate can go in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.

The simple intuitive design makes cooking with this air fryer a real pleasure. As someone who has never used an air fryer, I found learning how to use it very easy. My main reason for buying it was to reduce the amount of oil in my diet from deep fried foods. Every time I fill my deep fryer it costs $13 to $15 in the USA, but with the air fryer many foods only require a light misting of oil. I use an oil pump sprayer that significantly reduces oil cost.I figure the thing will pay for itself in oil and energy cost with the year. Now I don't have to heat up my kitchen in the hot summer with a big gas oven just to hear a few fries or roast some chicken.The speed, cooking functions, timer and heat levels are perfect for what I use it for. I love the way this thing makes crispy chicken wings, frozen battered fish, onion rings and French Fries (Crisps for the UK folks) and OMG! you should see all the amazing recipes I've discovered for this thing. It's like going on a culinary adventure everyday trying out all the new things I can make with it.Now here's the part I really love about it,.. the way it's built. I totally dismantled it and examined every part, every component, safety features, and the circuit board. (I'm weird like that) Actually I went much deeper into it.Then I did some research on replacement parts available. Then I studied the design looking for that "Built in obsolescence", you know, that one thing most manufactures build into stuff to make the item fail after a set period of time. I could find any! The ceramic coating on the cooking surfaces is really good, I wouldn't use abrasive cleaners on it so everything will glide and slide nicely. It cleans really easy but there are some areas between the handle and outside of the shaker pan that can't be accessed without taking the handle off. I recommend doing that once a month if you use it a lot or more if something nasty gets between there. Don't buy the model that has app control or notifications, it's gimmicky and unnecessary.If you've never used an air fryer, after a small learning period, it will be your new favorite kitchen appliance.

Jest prosta i wygodna w obsłudze, a dzięki pojemności 4,7 l doskonale sprawdza się do przygotowywania wielu różnych potraw. Bardzo dobry sprzęt do codziennego gotowania. I haven't used it yet but it is my second air fryer in 3 days. I bought a cheaper one then decided I wanted something a little larger and went for this brand. To be honest I am very excited (maybe too excited) I also got 3year insurance out for this because I know my luck. This is a birthday present to myself. You know the older you get the more appliances you gift yourself ahahaIt definitely feels more premium than the other oneI returned (not to bash that one because it too looked lovely). I think I am definitely getting a more premium product here. It has a LED glass touchscreen at the top that is slightly tilted towards the viewer. The draw mechanism is actually really secure. You won't be able to accidentally pull it out and to put it in. You have to press the button as well to lock it in place. I like that it switches off or goes into a dormant state if you take the draw out and then reactivates once you put it back in. The first thing I cooked...chicken wings! They were cooked in 20minutes although I put them back in for another 5 to crisp up the underside. I opted to use a silicone tray inside to help with the mess and the clean up, the down side to that is that the under sides of things don’t get that hot air hitting it.All in all I’m happy with my purchase, it’s not one of though super large units so it’s easy to pack away in a corner on your counter top. It does pack a little weight to it but nothing the average person couldn’t handle.and although my recipes book has a little tear on one of the pages I’m not too fussed. There are a lot of recipes in this little booklet that I will definitely be exploring at a later point.My final note on this air fryer is to do with how unbelievably quiet it is. So far all I’ve heard is a little hum in the background.

Andiamo con ordine: Acquistata da Amazon wearhouse usato come nuovo: imballaggio originale con scatola rovinata, la friggitrice è nuova mai utilizzata e in perfette condizioni. Consegna come sempre affidabile. Linea molto bella, colore nero brillante. Sulla parte superiore il pannello touch screen è nero a specchio i tasti sono molto intuitivo (scritte in lingua inglese ma di facile comprensione). Cavo sufficientemente lungo, circa 110 cm e presa schuko. In dotazione piccolo ricettario base: vi è la possibilità di scaricare una app che di per sé è utile anche se non ricchissima di ricette, ad ogni modo in internet se ne trovano tantissime. Veniamo all'utilizzo: come scritto da molti in sostanza è un piccolo forno con funzione ventilato ma con tempi di cottura davvero corti e con un consumo di 1500 w che è decisamente inferiore a quello di un forno tradizionale. Io utilizzo carta da forno apposita per il cestello quadrato ad ogni utilizzo (in Amazon se ne trovano sia a marca Cosori che altri simili): questo permette di non sporcare nulla e la cottura è comunque perfetta.Ho cucinato diverse volte pollo: bocconcini di cosce e petto di pollo a fette spesse e che dire cottura perfetta in meno di 15 minuti con carne succosa (soprattutto il petto è davvero difficile mantenerlo succoso con cottura in padella o bistecchiera). La temperatura e il tempo di cottura sono assolutamente personalizzabili e con il tasto pausa puoi tranquillamente controllare come procede il tutto. È molto utile poter impostare temperatura a 180/190 per i primi minuti per poi aumentare per gli ultimi minuti e gratinate a piacimento. Quantità di olio utilizzata davvero minima (nemmeno mezzo cucchiaio da caffè per 4 fette di pollo spesse).Super consigliata per i tempi veloci di cottura e per il fatto che si riduce al minimo il numero di padelle da lavare. Odore di plastica tipico da utensili da cottura nuovi si è sentito per la prima cottura ma senza rovinare i cibi, dalla seconda nulla più (io ho seguito alla lettera le istruzioni le quali invitano a fare due cicli di preriscaldamento per testare il funzionamento e io aggiungo per eliminare l'odore di nuovo). Come quantità di cibo 4,7 litri sono sufficienti per 2 persone e 1 bimbo, distanziando bene i cibi e permettendo cottura veloce e omogenea. Va utilizzato lasciando spazio sufficiente tutto attorno alla friggitrice (almeno 15 cm su ogni lato) tuttavia dopo utilizzo di 20 minuti circa non è eccessivamente calda. Prima della cottura di cibi crudi consiglio sempre 4 minuti di preriscaldamento.Super soddisfatta e super consigliata!

We’re delighted so far with this Cosori Air Fryer. 👍 Great size and sleek design, low noise level, very easy to use and clean, excellent choice of instant cook options, and all of our food has been perfectly cooked in minimal time compared to using our oven. 👍 It’s so easy to add an extra minute or more if you want items to be crisper (ie. we don’t like anaemic sausages 😆), and the half-way reminder option to Shake or Turnover food is ideal. 👍 We’d definitely buy this model again and highly recommend it.
