Good product. I like the taste. Easily digestible. Protein content could have been better. But still at this price point, i am not complaining.

Very good quality, the taste is a bit sweet due to chocolate flavor comparing to men's vanilla flavour, quite beneficial for women's health.

I wonder why Patanjali is using the artificial sweetener Acesulfame Potassium (INS 950) in this product! The harmful effects of this sweetener are yet to be studied fully and no conclusive long term results are available in the medical world. The jury is still out. Just like any other artificial sweeteners like saccharin, aspartame etc. this "could" be dangerous in the long run. Surprisingly, Patanjali is not using artificial sweeteners in the men's version of this product. They simply use sugar. Why this difference between men's and women's foods?

You can try this for sure! The protien is of whey not soy which is great Protien content is high for male while calcium is high for female. Definately better than horlicks,
