How is size determined?

An excellent question. So simple but so important. One would think this information provided without inquiry: length = 9”, width at middle (wings folded) = 3”, width with wings unfolded = 6.5”, 1/16” thick.

How do you use the wings? Over, under or what?

To stick the wings on the underwear.

How many counts in total comes? 36 or 72?

36 count per pkg so 2 pkg = 72 total.
