Is this product food grade safe? Can it safely come into constant contact with food? And is this product bpa free?

Yes it is Food Safe, as for the BPA question I believe that this is more related to plastics, not silicone, please call the manufacture at 440-975-8886 Silco

Will this seal a hole in bricks? I want to drill a hole for a drain pipe through bricks will this seal around it? Does it dry hard?

It should seal a hole like that and stays flexible after it cures.
