Using for plantar fascitis. Gets super cold in freezer so no worries there. Fits the fat cankles of a middle aged overweight woman no problems. Pretty tough so far.

Well-made and comfortable to wear, but it doesn’t stay cold for as long as I’d like. I’ve been using it to help with pain from Achilles tendonitis, and it definitely provides relief — just not for very long before it starts to warm up. I’d recommend leaving it in the freezer for at least 3 hours before use to get the best results.

I find this really helpful for foot and ankle pain. However, it goes to room temperature quite quickly even when put in the freezer for the recommended time, so other methods are perhaps better.

Great! Bought an xl pair as size 11 plates of meat!...Really easy to get on. No messing about with velcro. Stay cold for good 30 mins after day in freezer. Thick material. Use due to ease Neuropathy pins and needles in feet. Recommended. Haven't tried as heated as cold suits me better.

Immediately takes pressure off the foot and relieves the pain. Really easy to use. The swelling is decreased at the time of wearing.

I was worried that putting it on would be painful but it wasn't. Didn't feel to tight but help foot comfortably. Chilled very quickly and kept cold enough for the 10 mins per hour required. No more trying to get a bag of frozen peas into position. And looking forward to it doubling up as a wine cooler once recovered, hehe

Bought this to help with Achilles Tendinitis. Much easier than trying to wrap an ice pack around my heel. Fits well, though I sometimes think it could be a bit tighter. Only tried cold so far. Speaking of which, it’s freakin’ cold when I first put it on, but doesn’t feel like it stays cold for long. It is helping though, so fingers crossed it’ll be surplus to requirement soon!

J'ai acheté le L et cela convient parfaitement à ma cheville mesurée à 25 cm selon le schéma du produit. Cela est serré mais pas trop, je pense que jusqu'à 25 cm il faut le L, sinon le XL n'a va probablement pas offrir assez de compression. Je l'ai mis au congélateur et je n'ai jamais eu un produit aussi froid. Combiné à la douceur du produit et la facilité de le mettre, il mérite largement ses 5 étoiles !

Couldn’t find an ice pack that’s easier to use. You just stick it in the fridge or freezer depending on how cool (and how fast) you want it. And then you just slip it on. The fit is perfect for the advertised size, it’s soft, comfortable, flexible enough but does provide light compression. Great for pain relief and overall very good value for your money!
