What material is used for this costume?

Bought this for my grandson, my daughter says it’s a poly blend .

does this run big or does it run small? Child wears 4 & 5 clothes what size should I order?

It runs kind of small my son is 7 years old and about 4 foot 7 and the size 8-10 year old fits him perfectly.. so I would get a 5-7 for a 4 and 5 year old taking in to consideration there height.
