Can we use it for Wetsand with waterproof abrasive paper ?

Hi, Buyer. Wetsand is not possible. HYCHIKA random ortibal sander can only be used for dry grinding. Dust collection system will draw water into the motor inside leading to dangerous occurrences. hope this can help you.

Can i use this for diy projects made of resin and plaster?

I use it on my stone floor to fit the door sweep, so "yes". It abrades any surface (to some extent). Grit selection and how you handle the object will be important.
