I was impressed with this conditioner. One reviewer mentioned leaving it on a bit longer than the manufacturer recommends, and I agree. It makes a noticeable difference. It softens the hair beautifully and leaves it moisturized, shiny, and much easier to manage

I found little difference in my hair using this compared to the cheaper L'Oreal products from the supermarket. Save your money and just buy the Elvive label.

I have had quite the hair journey & I'll share story below but first I'll just say this stuff is great for fine hair. The story. For years I bought professional hair care because I bleached my hair (professionally done) and my white blond hair was high maintenance. Going to top salons for years and my hair was fine until I moved. I booked an appt with a new salon and it was the start of many awful experiences. Having my hair over processed to the level of scabs on my scalp. Salon after salon I just couldn't find someone that was good at fine blond hair. Many say they are but many are not. Blonds know our hair is fragile and needs extra attention especially with new customers. Anyhow after the last hair dresser which was approx. 1.5 years ago I decided to go all natural and grow my hair out. No more salons. To get my hair back in decent shape I spent a lot of money on drugstore and high end products and nothing helped expect time and leaving my hair alone. I said to myself when I was very young and had pretty hair all I used was shampoo and conditioner. I took some time and started learning about my hair type and ingredients in products. After learning about my hair type & products I decided to start using herbal essence (I wanted to save money) and surprisingly this brand worked well on my hair. My hair loves silicones and a clarifying shampoos I've learned. But as my hair started to improve the herbal essence conditioners became too heavy. This is when I started looking into professional products again. I book marked a bunch of conditioners to try and this was the first one in years that's been professional. Now the review on this conditioner. My first thought was that there wasn't a lot of slip so I worried about tangles. There isn't much smell and it's not very thick. Not thin either but a nice light texture. I was hoping for more smell but after using this I can appreciate the quality over fragrance. I let my hair dry just a bit more than 3/4. I notice as my hair is drying my hair feels lighter, softer, less tangled. I'm now excited so I blow dry the rest. SILK, PURE SILK is what my hair felt after. So light and shiny. I still have damage on my sides from that hair dresser so I wear clip ins just on the sides but this conditioner did such a nice job that I could go without those clip ins. Also I used a little more than what I wanted because it came out fast so just a heads up. I'm only conditioning from mid neck to ends and my hair is at bra length/ mid back. Very fine but lots of it. The conditioner did not give volume or anything like that it just conditioned it really well so it looks and feels nicer. Almost forgot. Through out the day was I'm playing with my hair NO knots! my hair tangles often and there is something in this conditioner that helps prevent tangles. Also I am using NO hair products after. No leave in conditioner etc. Hope this helps someone. I will absolutely be buying this again after I test out other conditioners.

Using this on coloured hair with the shampoo and my hair is not dry and feels soft. Brilliant!!!
