Une édition spéciale vraiment magnifique !
Bonjour, je possède plusieurs moules de cette marque et celui-ci fait vraiment partie de mes préférés. Les gâteaux deviennent de petits bijoux. Si le moule est entièrement beurré (bombe de graissage) et fariné, le démoulage sera parfait. La croûte est légèrement croquante mais la gâteau reste moelleux. Je ne peux que les recommander. J'ai investi dans des livres de recettes en anglais pour les accompagner et je ne mets plus de limite à ma créativité. Livraison rapide et bon emballage.

Very nice pan..so nice I've ordered another pattern!.. Before I went on a quest for the perfect release after seeing the disastrous outcome of others cakes I made some cake goop.. equal parts flour, oil and margarine (apparently shortening is better than marg but I had to improvise) the release couldn't have gone any better :) They say you learn from your own mistakes but reading my review will save you that pain. First run a test run, made carrot cake. Next time I'll be looking for the best cake decor to impress my guests. Minimal effort with high results thanks to Nord Ware. I'm impressed..well worth the price considering how much it would cost to buy one from the bakery. 10/10 Now hurry up and buy one..you know you wanna.
