Is there a way to heat this other than a microwave ? (I dont own a microwave)

As far as I know, microwave is the only way to heat it.

The label says “wash in cold water.” Does that mean they can be submerged in the cold water?

Although I don’t represent the manufacturer with this response, as a user, I’d say no; do not submerge it. Maybe spot clean it with cold water. I sometimes use a tissue over it so it doesn’t have direct contact with my face or the makeup I wear.

Are these made in USA?

Looks like they are made in India but they do have an office in Alpharetta, Ga.

Great eye compresses. Feel really great on your eyes. Heat lasts for a while. If wearing mascara you'll have to put a kleenex over eyes first so as not to get black marks all over the eye pads.
