It does have drill holes. Super cute.
I saw review that said no drill holes. They must have fixed. So cute. Easy to hang. I used a black sharpie where the small nail heads showed. Just measure to be sure right for your space.

Love it!
I didn't use the lotus that it came with, just the Inhale & Exhale. I love how it looks with the Buddha wall sculpture. Perfect.

Super cute and therapeutic. The only downside is that the wall art requires a lot of screws, so I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who gets bothered by having holes in their walls

Lovely, like a deep fresh breath
Thin metal but not the kind that will warp when you screw it in regularly. My husband can't un-see "whale" in inhale but.... I would expect no less from him. I really like them. Update: I can't unsee the word "whale" now so if that's you, I highly recommend that you place an additional black screw to dot the "i." I am so much more contented after doing that.
