I store mine in a detached garage, but it takes up a lot of room. It is light enough to move but it is large. You should allow at least 7 feet in height and another 7 or 8 feet in length as the top and bottom poles and the rear feet take up quite a bit of space for stability reasons. And for swinging indoors you will also need another 8 to 10 feet in width for safety reasons.
