A: yes you can brush it on wood

**Q: I had a sub term issue. house was treated outside. was told none inside but my attic beams. but i see damage. bought this will it weaken the wood?**
A: This should not weaken the wood - it is a mixture of glycerin and sodium octoborate and soaks in and holds better than the water only versions.

**Q: Is the quantity being sold 1 gallon?**
A: Yes, one gallon jugs.

**Q: Can anyone think of a reason that I shouldn't mix Boracare with vinegar?**
A: I cannot think of a reason anyone would want to.  Vinegar is an acid and certainly could affect the product.  It works just fine with warm water.
