I had a sub term issue. house was treated outside. was told none inside but my attic beams. but i see damage. bought this will it weaken the wood?

This should not weaken the wood - it is a mixture of glycerin and sodium octoborate and soaks in and holds better than the water only versions.

Can anyone think of a reason that I shouldn't mix Boracare with vinegar?

I cannot think of a reason anyone would want to. Vinegar is an acid and certainly could affect the product. It works just fine with warm water.
