Great for scaring rooks away from windows.
We have had a big problem with rooks attacking our windows, their beaks do so much damage, being extremely hard, so I got this jazzy wind ribbon and hung it outside near the panes they are attacking, it has worked really well, and has stopped the rooks in their tracks. Great purchase, really pleased.

Bright and colourful
Bought for flying from a flagpole by our campervan. Good quality fabric strands. The ring they’re fixed to is quite heavy, so a good strong breeze is needed to get it flying horizontally. Overall happy with it.

Suprisingly good and attractive
7.12.26 In a strong wind, the sock only moves about 30 to 40 degrees from vertical while the ribbons flutter in the wind. In a light wind, the socks stays close to vertical but lower third of the ribbons flutter. It has never been tangled on the pole / hook. I believe I added a swivel as is did not include one.
