This is what I would consider a medium-large (smaller than some large I’ve seen, bigger than my older medium size). It gets the job done well enough and I’m quite happy with it. The ice packs it comes with are more supportive than functional (in that you’ll need larger ice packs to keep food cold for longer periods) but I was able to squeeze in additional ice packs while still accommodating 2 drinks, a sauce bottle and all 3 food containers. The storage containers it came with are solid too! Microwave safe (with the lid off) dishwasher and freezer safe and BPA free. They’re thick plastic, too. the lunchbox itself has thick insulated padding all the way around and the materials used feel extremely durable.
