For the price this a good value and works well if you want a compact home gym set up. Good for weighted carries rows and shrugs. Take of the grips as soon as you get it and wrap it with hockey or athletic tape instead. ( I almost broke my foot when the handle slipped off and skimmed off of the edge of my foot. Welds are clean and I would recommend this.
