Are the sub dials real working ones?

Yes. Mine stopped working after about 60 days. Took it to get new battery still doesn’t work. Took it to a jeweler pal and the second hand fell off. He won’t fix it because he doesn’t know what else could go wrong. Disappointed and got really no response.

Can you wear in the shower?

Yes you can! But you might have moisture issues with it afterwards.
