If you're changing someone else with the problem you might find it easier to use adult diapers, then they don't have to be slid down the legs. **Q: Because of chemo i can't handle any scent i'm using silhouette but they are not real pretty and kinda feeling it. just how much scent do these have?** A: I am extremely sensitive to any form of scented product in that area I purchased these for their comfortability their ability to fit under clothing nicely and not be seen providing of course you’re not wearing leggings and a crop top lol there is no scent in these always 360 if there was a cent I would’ve had an infection by now and I have been using them for approximately 18 months maybe so from my experience being sensitive to scent these have no scent at all I wish you well on your journey to feeling better prayers to you for a healthy recovery! One more thing they are very soft I also have neuropathy and I am not able to handle many fabrics on my skin because it causes pain and itching these always 360s are the only under pants that I can wear without irritation. Thank you **Q: How is the fit on them?** A: fits great though but has a strong perfume scent that I have a allergy towards that so I have to limit when I order again. **Q: I'm 220 lbs. What size should I get** A: Hi Traci, I looked around a bit and found this, but they go by waist measurements, not by weight - Hope it helps! S/M 24-40 in.; L 38-50 in.; XL 48-64 in. (BTW, I've tried a few different ones, and these work the best so far for me as far as leakage prevention) ## Frequently Bought Together - Always Discreet Adult Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear for Women, Classic Cut, Size Extra-Large, Maximum Absorbency, Disposable, 26 Count - Always Discreet Incontinence Pants Women, Extra Large, UK Size 22-28, White, Absorbency 6, 21 Underwear/Knickers (7 x 3 Pack), Heavy Bladder Leak Protection/Maternity Postpartum, Odour Neutraliser - Always Discreet Incontinence Pads Women, Long Plus, Always Discreet Pads, Absorbency 5, 64 Sanitary Towels (16 x 4 Packs), Extra Secure Bladder Weakness Pads Women, Odour Neutraliser --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/352108476-always-discreet-adult-diapers-for-women-incontinence-underwear-postpartum-essentials](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/352108476-always-discreet-adult-diapers-for-women-incontinence-underwear-postpartum-essentials) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
