Immediately comfortable out of the box with no break in period where I was getting blisters! I've been skating them for a year and a half now and have ZERO complaints! A great skate for people who are starting out! My original skates were $60 off brands and it's almost made me give up the hobby because I just couldn't get them to do what I wanted, ordered these and I was like "WOW! So THIS is how it's supposed to feel!!" The stock wheels are nice! I did eventually buy 98a to use at the rink but these are great for indoor and outdoor beginner use while you figure out what you want!
