How long to cook pasta for 2 people?

12.5 minutes for al dented. I add water to the cooker about 15 minutes before the microwave ... cook uncovered.

Can this cook a standard 1 pound package of spaghetti noodles at once?

It only holds 4 servings max. A standard 1 pound box of pasta is 8 servings. But it does work great. I love it.

Does this work as well with gluten-free pasta?

I use gluten free pasta in this. It worked perfectly. I used the Tinkyada brand.
