I ordered these in readiness for a hot weather holiday where we are likely to be doing a lot of walking. I am at an age where I need comfort and it can take some time to get new shoes to be all day comfortable. This order was placed to give me plenty of time to wear the shoes in. I need not have bothered. On the first wearing they stayed on all day and not a twinge of discomfort anywhere. Fortunately they have proved to be comfortable without wearing socks as socks and sandals seems to be the standard joke for the English (and Americans) abroad.The quality of manufacture seems OK and they look good. The soles are a good width for my quite wide feet and they are true to size. I am so used to Far Eastern sourced products being a little small so I went up a half size. The shoes would have been OK on my normal size.There is only one small area I am not 100% happy with and that is the cord used to adjust size across the foot. The cord is elastic and the shoe material is quite stiff. The result is the to have any effect the cord needs to be pulled to the end of elasticity for it to start having any affect on the shoe sizing. I have a feeling I will soon give up with the elastic cord and replace it with a normal shoe lace material.

Very comfy and showing no signs of wear yet after a lot of use so far this summer. Good purchase value for money

Ordered these for my husband for holiday who always has trouble with shoes being uncomfortable on his wide feet. we first ordered a uk10 and they were too big so we reordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. He found them very comfortable walking on holiday and loves them - they provide good support. They look quite stylish too.

Durch die dehnbaren Schnürsenkel sind die Schuhe leicht anzuziehen und sitzen dadurch wie angegossen. Mir gefällt die Farbe, die Qualität macht vorerst einen guten Eindruck. Das Fußbett ist ausreichend gedämpft und die Schuhe laufen sich gut. Weiter ist das Fußbett nicht schweißtreibend, man hat also keinen Schweißfuß. Durch die Zehenkappe rutscht auch nicht jeder Ast etc. geradewegs in bzw zwischen die Zehen.
