What's important to know Grape Caprisun Roaring waters has only 8 grams of carbs.
I have to have 75 grams of carbs per meal. I had two to add to my brunch. At 8 grams per pouch this was excellent. Because I was missing Caprisun Roaring waters kiwi strawberry at 16 grams worth carbs.I was able to add it to my food 63 grams carbs. Good value for the money.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED THAT I WOULD ENJOY THESE. THE FLAVOR WAS VERY GOOD, JUST AS LONG AS YOU DRINKED IT COLD.
