The pads come in a normal amazon box so no one can see the contents that are inside the box.

What does 1 pack + mean?

I'm not really sure why they have put it like that as it then goes to 2 pack + then 3 + and so on. When you choose 1 pack + you will only receive one pack and pay a slightly higher amount for them. If you choose 2 pack + you will get two packs and pay the slightly lower amount for each pack and so on. For each extra pack you buy the cost reduces slightly but each pack contains the same number of sheets.

Can these be washed by washing machine and reused?

No they can’t, they need to be thrown away. I roll / fold them up and put them in a small bin bag and then put them in the bin
