Fresh taste, healthy
I was happy to find this cod liver in its own oil with sea salt and no other additives. I'd never tasted cod liver before so didn't know what to expect, but felt it was the healthiest form of cod liver oil. It has a very mild taste.After opening, I pour the contents, including all the good oil, into a small glass container and freeze it. I eat a couple of tablespoons of the frozen liver and oil each morning. One can will last about a week this way. I don't think you would want to eat the whole can at one sitting and without freezing it might not remain fresh very long.

Good tasting, not so good packing
Really good cod liver... among the best tasting I have tried. But some cans were dented & I wasn't sure if it would be safe to eat it.
