Not sure but I do know it will fit the briggs motors on the John Deere s and craftsman non zero turn older deck mowers. Sorry I couldn't be more help!

how do I know I have the right part

If you have a Briggs and stratton. engine between 7hp-18hp and was made in between 1977 and 2000 it will most likely work on your equipment. If it does not return it.. the existing starter probably has a part number on it somewhere near the back
