There are at least 3 of these items that I use regularly. I have a bone spur and plantar fasciitis, the heel and arch brace fits perfectly. I use that one daily. It really helps me. I like this one more than my shoe insert. This set is really worth the cost.

Really helps with the pain..especially the little insole supports and the "gel" heel covers..they provide some cushion so that the heel spur doesn't hurt quite as bad

Purchased on sale Prime Day, so good value. Had started having what seems to be plantar issues and looking for solutions. This was a nice option for trying different things. The lightweight compression socks are good to wear to bed or with something else in shoe. Could use a little more compression, not a huge help. Also disappointing that seams started to unravel after first wear. The cushioned arch supports actually increased pain for me. (Might try in a larger size) LOVE the THERAPY WRAPS. Great to wear to bed or all with or without shoes and other inserts. Nice that anti-bacterial too. Also LOVE the SILICON GEL HEELS which are great cushioning for when heel bottoms are already in a lot of pain. (Havnt tried in a shoe yet) Gel heel insert not a whole lot of relief, but works well in dress/small shoes and better than nothing. Not sure why the heel grips are part of kit, but might find useful in future for shoes that are fitting differently because of inserts, or when buying larger size shoes, to allow for inserts, making heel fit a little loose. (I keep them all in a small makeup bag now that I carry with me everywhere) Would definitely purchase again.

I ordered a small for my tiny feet, but they shipped a size large. I asked for a corrected replacement, which just arrived today, but this time they sent a medium, which is also waaaay too big for me. Really disappointed because this set looked like it was perfect for my needs and the quality looked good too. UPDATE: I broke down and tried ordering a small again (the THIRD time). They sent me a “Small/Medium” which means that not everything fit, but the pieces that do fit are super comfy. Updated from 1 star to 3 stars because sizing and getting what I ordered was a still a nightmare.

I almost Never write a review (I'm remiss) BUT, in the case of this kit, I just had to. This is the absolute best value kit you can get for plantar fasciitis !!! (And probably for other foot ailments as well.) All the items in the kit are better quality than any that I bought individually! (And I've purchased a lot of stuff to help w my plantar fasciitis, that fell just short somehow of these.) It includes things I couldn't even find elsewhere. It also includes some little throw in extras that I didn't take time to buy. Like most things you buy, you may want to make little adjustments to make them perfect for you personally, but they are about as perfect as is as it gets. (I won't itemize each one, don't have that kind of time and their merits are self evident.) This is the best little kit you can buy! For plantar fasciitis, also buy yourself a nice little cooling bootie! (I Highly recommend "The Pain Soother Reusable Hot Foot & Cold Ice Pack Wrap for Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Arch Pain, Sore Feet, Swelling - Extra Gel Pack Included", (I was not looking for a "sock" that could be a pain to pull on and off, and this fits the bill! It opens fully so it's easy to take on and off and has a velcro strap for securing. It's incredibly easy to slide the hot/cold gel pads into. And comes up fully behind the heel to cover all the bases. I am a woman with size 11 feet and the large is perfect.) And/or The "NatraCure Cold Therapy Socks (w/Compression Strap) - Extra Arch and Plantar Fasciitis Relief - (for feet, Heels, Pain, Swelling)".(Which are perfect little comfy socks to lounge in, while helping to soothe your aching "dogs" (your feet). They also have easy the slide in reusable hot/cold gel inserts. I recommend these for everyone, whether they have foot issues or not, to sooth their feet after walking. Also bought the large in these and there's plenty of room to spare. In fact, I will be buying these booties for all the adults in my immediately family for Christmas this year :-) And, although this all sounds too good, No, I did not receive Any sort of compensation for any of these items. It was just a lot of trial, error and returns, until I found these 3 items. Hope you all heal soon and that these items help you in some way!

I ordered this kit because it includes all types of foot care devices. I was looking to buy something to help me with plantar faciitus in my heel and add support to my favorite shoes. I was perplexed with the many types of items out there and didn't know which one to try. Once I saw this set, my concerns about buying something again that doesn't help my foot, were over. This 14 piece kit has 7 different pairs of foot care devices. My shoe size is women's size 8m. I ordered the medium size and all of the devices fit my foot. My 2 favorite pieces are the slip on elastic pads - perfect for my open toe sandals and the silcone cool gel heel cups. My feet go ahhh when I put them on. The open toe compression socks are great to wear with sneakers or for sleeping when my feet are swollen from dancing. Highly recommend this product. Good quality. Properly sewn and constructed. Easy to wash by hand in the sink. Thanks you!
