I’ve tried many multi vitamins. After about three days taking these I felt a difference. I’m just more alert and content. The caps do stink but it’s not repugnant.

Fantastic product. Those complaining about the smell......cut me a break......you swallow in two seconds. Get over it. What matters is the ingredients. I will buy again.

Terrible aftertaste and regurgitation of taste of capsule

A friend of mine recommended this supplement to me to help with thinning hair. She has seen great results so I’m excited for this. My hair hasn’t been the same since my last kid and I’m tired of the thinning. I have a pretty strong reaction to pills that have taste/after taste which makes it almost impossible for to take some meds/supplements. My recommendation to those who can’t handle the taste is to have sour gummy worms before taking it. It will pretty much mask the taste. I realize how silly it might sound but this has worked for these pills and huge horse sized pills like mucinex.

I have been taking this along with my antidepressant for several years now. My Dr recommended it. I feel it is just what I needed without upping my antidepressant.

I’ve taken over-the-counter multivitamins for years. I take several other supplements, and never question the thing. I could tell a substantial difference in mood, energy and overall well-being in just a few days. Highly recommend.
