Easy to swallow good ingredients!
I had 2 brothers either prostate issues so want to take extra care. Kaya Naturals is a good supplement with effective ingredients. They are a good size and easy to swallow. Good value for the money. Doesn’t upset my stomach or adversely affect my sleep. The only thing is you have to take it 1/2 hour to 20 minutes before your meal.

Over a week and no results
I'd love to report that it's great, but it has done absolutely nothing for me. Maybe it does for others. No side effects so I don't regret trying it.
