Less than FIVE MINUTES to install, AMAZING pressure (seriously... it's luxurious. Washes out the shampoo in two seconds), and SO AFFORDABLE!! If you are on the fence, just do yourself a favor and buy it already! I get so excited to shower now! After moving into a new apartment, I noticed my hair became very dry and brittle from the water we have. My hair stylist couldn't believe how damaged my hair was and recommended I buy a filtered shower head. I came across this one and was attracted by the very reasonable price. After installing it, I couldn't be more impressed how easy it was to put on, and the pressure/different settings are PERFECT! Only after a few washes... my hair was back to normal again! I couldn't believe it! We also had an issue where one of my roommates accidentally broke it trying to adjust it. I messaged the seller and they quickly responded and offered to send me a completely brand new unit. I am amazed by their customer service! You can buy this product with ease of mind. I love it!!! This shower head is AMAZING! Do not hesitate to order this if you have hard water. I just moved to a different state and the water in my new area is hard. My hair got so dry and felt like there was build up in it and my skin felt dry and itchy after taking a shower or bath. I am renting and did not want to spend a lot on a filter so I came across this. After a few showers my hair feels clean and soft again and my skin is no longer dry or itchy. As an added bonus the water flow is vastly improved and the different settings are an added bonus as are the 2 additional filters. It took minutes to install and I am NO home improvement expert. This is the BEST $25 I have ever spent. Do not hesitate to give this a try. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased this based on someone's rating that it was too powerful, because I really wanted a filtered shower head that delivered better water pressure. Our last one was a name brand filter, but it reduced the shower flow by more than 50%. This one seems to not only allow the flow through, but one of the positions does indeed seem powerful and massaging. I have only been able to get the shower head to two modes, not three as advertised, but its not an issue because the harder of the two is perfect. We are thrilled to be able to get such good water pressure. I wish I could rate this filter as to how well it filters water, but since I don't have them chemistry background or equipment necessary to do it, all I can say is that compared to the last two name-brand filtered shower heads we have used, this was not only less expensive, but has the best water pressure. I considered removing one star for the cheap plastic look, but for the price, its a great little filter, so I think its still worth five stars. I hated to do it, because I love the water pressure, but I am going ahead and moving this down to four stars for two reasons: 1. After having it installed for about four months, it sprung a couple of extra holes that shoot off in uncomfortable directions. 2. As time went on, it got harder to adjust the options on the head. That would make it really hard for those who thought this strongest water pressure was too hard to adjust it to a softer setting. 3. There is sometimes a high pitch squeal that can be annoying. This is still a great, high-pressure shower head and I ordered a second one, even knowing these flaws, because we love the amount of water pressure it gives to an otherwise anemic shower faucet. I hope the company will take this feedback into consideration and improve the product so it can earn five stars again.

UPDATED UPDATE: The part of this shower head that attaches to the pipe finally broke after 2 years! We needed to be able to shower so my dear husband bought a random shower head. Well, it's been a week and my hair is not happy so here I am, ordering another one. I forgot what a difference it made. To get 2 years of use and such dramatic results at this price can't be beat. I reject all other shower heads for the rest of my showering days. UPDATE: I just ordered my second set of replacement filters and I am still happy with the showerhead. No regrets here, I recommend this if you have problems with your water. ORIGINAL REVIEW Sept 1, 2018: Our water is so hard - like ridiculously hard. When I hit 50 my hair changed and I suddenly had a lot of problems with breakage, tangles etc. I tried too many expensive shampoos, conditioners, hair cream, gel, lotions, potions, everything I could think of and nothing helped. I knew we needed a water softener but with 2 girls in college we really didn't want to have to drop $2-3000 right now. So, I started looking for other options and I came across this shower head. I will be honest, I was VERY skeptical that this would make a difference but this was my last try before giving in and cutting my very long hair. I got it and after about a week I noticed my hair was softer and not as frizzy, even when I didn't use the leave in cream conditioner. I also noticed it isn't as tangled when I comb it after showering. Another bonus - I use way less moisturizer on my face now. Summer in Wisconsin is notoriously humid so the real test for this will be when the notoriously dry Wisconsin winter hits. Based on how it has worked so far I am optimistic.

The quality of the product is good. Its easy to install. It has 2 massage settings which when I tried felt like someone hitting me with a hammer. The rainfall was like being hit by hundreds of pins and needles. So I am not blaming the product, it just might be that we have very strong water pressure. Maybe if I lived in a high-rise this would not have been an issue.

Replaced the shower head in my new apartment because the previous one’s pressure was abysmal. I couldn’t wash my hair and showers were miserable. I decided to try this shower head and I’m glad I did. Installing was a breeze. I did look at a YouTube video first because why not? 😊 The pressure is perfect and showers are now enjoyable. It has 3 shower settings but I only use the rain setting. While I bought it for the pressure, the filter is a bonus. I have noticed a difference in my skin, which was beginning to look dull. I wasn’t sure why but I guess the water had something to do with it. The only problem I have is that it is a bit noisy but I am willing to put up with that considering how inexpensive it was and yet effective.

We have very hard water in our home and I have very curly hair. The hard water was causing my hair to be very frizzy and dry. Usually when I put jell in my hair it works pretty well but given how hard our water it, the jell did nothing for my hair. My husband told me it was due to hard water so I searched for an inexpensive solution. This showerhead has done wonders for my hair. It took a few days but since using g this showerhead I no longer have dry and frizzy hair and I love it. The showerhead is extremely powerful and the pressure that comes out of the showerhead is truly amazing. However, this is also somewhat of an issue. You barely ha e to turn your water on to get a pretty powerful stream of water. If we turn the water on too much it causes our shower curtin to fly all over the place and gets our bathroom extremely wet. This wouldn't be a problem if my 14 year old son would listen the million times we have both told him and showed him how to turn the water on so that this does not happen but it falls on Def ears because every time he takes a shower there is water everywhere and the shower the fabric shower curtain in completely drenched. This is the only reason I gave this showerhead 4 stars. Aside from this we absolutely love this shower head. The massager is amazing as long as your water pressure isn't too high because it can be alittle painful. UPDATE: unfortunately this shower head is not at all as good as I thought it was and I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone buying this. This shower head is very dangerous and if I could give it 0 stars I definitely would. We have only had this shower head a few months and spent nearly 40 bucks on it. At first it was pretty good but the other day my husband was taking a shower and the piece that screws the shower head on broke and the shower head came flying off and hit my husband in the head which caused a pretty serious laceration on his head. He was bleeding so badly we almost went to the er. The part the screws the shower head on is made of plastic and apparently doesn't last very long before it completely gives way. I am so unbelievably disappointed with this shower head and wish incould get a refund but I am sure there was no warranty with it. DO NOT BUY THIS SHOWER HEAD!

I bought this filter thinking that I'd just have to deal with horrible hair my entire time living in Vegas. I wasn't sure what was making my hair so dull, grimy & straight (in a dead + brittle way...). I thought it might be the dryness, but people were talking about how hard the water is, so I thought I would try a filter. I'm on a budget so was sceptical of anything in my price range working, but this filter was easy to install, came with a spare filter and well... seems to be saving my hair & skin like nothing else over the past year and a bit in Las Vegas. I included some pictures bc they are what would have helped me when making my decision. First pic is my hair in my home climate. Second is when my hair started getting bad (1-2 months into living here). The third is after about 9 months of hair damage, right after chopping my hair off because I was so sick of how thin, dull and brittle it was. You can see that it looks dirty and thin even though it's freshly washed. The final picture is about a month or two after installing this filter, approx. 5 months after the third picture. (For full transparency: I left Vegas for a couple months over the summer, so my hair was slightly better before installing the filter. Still!! The damage is slowly slowly fading!). I have fine thin curly hair. When my curls are bad I look bald lol. I don't do much to my hair: no fancy shampoo, though I use the occasional hair mask (shea butter). Don't use heat, don't colour, don't style. V low maintenance. I'd tried non-lathering shampoos and curl creams but nothing worked tbh. I considered hard water shampoos but they were all kind of expensive. I don't need amazing hair, but I also don't want it to be falling out (in hind sight... it was definitely falling out), and this filter is helping so much. I remember reading review that said that the pressure on this filter was a hazard. I don't have great plumbing, so I don't rly have a major issue, but I do find the pressure to be strong. I just don't turn the taps on full blast, which is actually kind of nice since my hot water pressure is super low. TLDR; if you are worried about hard water messing your hair and skin up... you're probably right & a filter will help. I'm considering getting a different one for my bathroom sink too, on the off chance it will make my skin better when washing my face.

I live in an old farm house with well water/hard water that is brutal on skin,nails and hair. This shower head helps with itchy dry skin and scalp, my hair does feel a bit better and water pressure is has improved. I recommend this product. 👍

I tried this after finding out that the chlorine in the water could be causing my skin to itch (I had always thought that it was down to lack of humidity in the air here in Alberta). It worked! Easy to install. I've just replaced the first filter cartridge after three months of using it 3-4 times a week. The one downside is that the outer spray setting gives very fine droplets and I find that the extractor fan (110 CFM) struggles to keep up with the steam, thus resulting in water condensing on the walls if the shower is on longer than about 5 minutes. But for me it's worth the trade off for not having itchy skin.

The filter inside looked like it would work and the actual fitting of the shower head was very straight forward. However unless you have a power shower, the water pressure drops down to a trickle. So not quite as useful
