Kyocera Advanced Ceramic Revolution Series 3-inch Paring Knife, White Handle, White Blade

Couteau parfait

This is my first experience with a Kyocera ceramic pairing knife. I have been using it almost 3 weeks, mainly to cut fruits and what surprises me is the weightless feeling of holding the knife in your hand and the smooth cut you get. It's can be too sharp for comfort if you are not careful handling it.The price may seem a little high but you pay for its quality and workmanship. So, press the buy button if you intend to get one. No regrets, only satisfaction. The best decision you will ever make and money well spent.
