I took Fadogia combined with Tongkat Ali and it does do what it says. They boost testosterone levels. I could feel the difference in my confidence, mood, and mental clarity. However, a huge downside is the mood swings. The longer you take them, the worse they get. The highs are great, but the lows are terrible. As much as I enjoyed having the boost, I would suggest looking for something that has less side effects, like Ashwaganda.

Just turned 50 and very active. More frequent morning wood and increased labido and energy. I 100 pct of the time get morning salute if I take it. Been using for about 6-8 mos. Gotta cycle it after a few months tho, meaning go off it for a few weeks and give the liver a break. Absolutely works great. I also take tongkat ali and zink/magnesium complex but this was working great before adding those other supplements. Just an honest review. Take care.

Good results at the cost of poor sleep

So, I am a military vet that still goes to the gym 5-days a week! I'm already pretty lean and very muscular but I have to say that adding this product to my regiment is amazing! Within the 4-days that I've begun using this product, I've already have gotten more muscular and even leaner than before!!! My energy is also phenomenal! Side note, I'm seeing my obliques coming back in like my teenage years! So, in case you don't know, the obliques are harder to get and maintain than abs. A person's abs have to already be well defined in order for the obliques, which are the shredded muscle lines that layer the rib cage, to come in. WoW! This is product is marvelous!!!

Best stuff from the best supplier

Started taking this fadogia supplement coming up on 2 and a half months ago. Noticed an increase in sexual appetite within the 1st week/half. I only take one/day & I take them for 30 days and then take a 30 day (atleast two week break). Just to give my system a chance to chill out incase fadogia detrimental/toxic in higher quantities. I originally got them for gym performance. I can say its helped with that as well. Nothing crazy, you still have to put the work in but I feel the muscle mind connection a bit easier and I was able to throw up some heavier than expected weight after not being in the gym for months. If its placebo its a good one

I finished the whole bottle, but it didn't do much for me? I'm 61 so if your younger it might affect you differently
