Great device but disappointing that this seems to be the only model in the S20 that doesn't support eSim. Very annoying. Also the screen has cracked very quickly so is super fragile. Even with a supposed heavy duty protector and case. Apart from the above, the device is quick and has everything I could ever need speed and tech wise (except eSim!) Which will probably be the only reason I upgrade this phone.
