Great when they work
Bought one pack of 2 of these lights in 2017. They both worked great until one of them quit lighting in the middle and then quit altogether about 9 months ago. Amazon tells me there is a 7 year warranty but I am not finding any way to contact the seller. Maybe if I leave a review here they will stand by their product and replace it. Judging by the other reviews since I've purchased I'm not sure I trust their quality. Please respond and I'll update my review.

Not worth what you pay.
For the price I expected better quality. When the item arrived the back panel was installed haphazardly. Screws were missing, the power junction box was held on by a single screw as the others were missing. Bn it was missing one hanging clip and the other was secured by only a single screw. The only reason I didn't send the product back is because I didn't want my ceiling to remain ripped apart while I wait for the replacement to arrive. This is the second set of LED panels I have purchased from amazon that were defective. The first set had to be sent back as the visible face panel was severy cracked. If you purchase this item, I hope your item arrives complete.

Sorry to say but all the words in descriptions are false, the light emission is no more than 3000K, made electrical buzz even when the dimmer was at full capacity. Installing on the ceiling at home is a huge challenge if you don't have a tile ceiling or an access to it from the attic.

bought a total of 8 lights for our church
Bought 8 of these for our church and had 1 bad one out of the bunch. The ones that work work awesome! I chose not to return the bad light as we only needed 7 and they come in packs of 2. So far no issues with lighting lighting is way brighter than old florescent

Poor Quality Control
I purchased 2 packages of theses for a total of 4 light panels. Only one of the four worked.

Non-functional
Purchased a two pack of these fixtures. One immediately was flickering and disconnected. The second one worked for around 12 hours then began flickering and was non-functional. Not recommended. Unfortunately, I'm outside the return window since my electrician needed time to get installed, going beyond the 30 days, so I'm just out of luck. 90 bucks wasted.

These are very low profile which made installation in our suspended ceiling fairly easy. They are also very bright! My reasons for dropping one star are :one set was lost in delivery limbo and another set arrived without the correct wiring for residential installation. The set that arrived on time and with the correct wiring went up easily and look great.
