The Manga Fashion Bible: The Go-To Guide for Drawing Stylish Outfits and Characters

This book is absolutely gorgeous! Its style is so adorable! Christopher Hart's manga style has improved a lot and I just fell in love with it! Though I must say, this is not the correct book to use for a beginner, unless they have some experience already drawing faces and bodies, other than that.. I must say Is a must-get and definitely my favorite book from now on.

This book series is easy to use and lots of fun. The drawings are simple to follow and the instructions very helpful. The quality of my drawing has improved tremendously. Because of Hart's books I am now ready to start creating my own characters! Thanks so much!

Very cute drawings and good easy to follow lessons! The book is very appealing and super fun to draw. I love that it takes the same character and shows him or her in various poses. That was helpful. And each lesson has different characters/people. I’m sure there is a reason why this author dominates this genre of art lesson books. He knows how to teach and makes really super cute images!

My niece love it but she have hard time learning to draw it since there's no step by step instructions from it. This book is not for beginner

I think this book is a great reference source to look at the many clothes designs that you can put on your drawings, plus a few other things. I f you are trying to learn on how to drawing anime, I would recommend this book.

Borrow this from the library several times. Definitely worth buying for anybody starting out, drawing anime! Not hard to follow along, and gives a lot of examples of how to change different drawings.

I got this in part for the raspberry red and blue haired girl on the cover. It was more for inspiration than for actually drawing the clothes, so I don't know how helpful it would be for that, but it's a great book...I'd have liked to see more guys, and some more "jeans" type looks, but for some reason NOBODY seems to really draw or concentrate on those, for either gender, so not taking off a star because the author couldn't read my mind!

This book is definitely an interesting look at fashion and clothing trends in manga. The pictures are all very professional and cute, and it definitely offers some helpful tips and advice for constructing your own outfits to suit your characters. It’s a bit short on talking about fashion theory or teaching about a wide variety of clothing cuts and styles. It works extra well if paired with a more traditional book exploring real life fashion. Only draw back is there are only four pages dealing with male fashion.

Purchased as part of the series for referencing when drawing. Beautiful illustrations and clear instructions. Definitely recommended
